These Terms and Conditions govern your use of reggaefolk.com and any purchase of digital products from our online store.


Reggae Folk is the trading name of Andy Jamma, a music artist based in Bath, Somerset, United Kingdom.

By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Digital Products

We sell digital music files including MP3 and WAV downloads. All products are delivered electronically — no physical goods are shipped.


Product descriptions, formats, and prices are displayed on the Digital Products page. We reserve the right to update or remove products at any time without prior notice.


All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law.

3. Placing an Order

To purchase a digital product you must:


Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Provide accurate billing information.

Complete payment via our secure payment provider.


Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation and download link by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.


By submitting your payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.


In the event of a failed payment, your order will not be fulfilled. Please contact us at [email protected] if you experience payment issues.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are made available for download immediately upon successful payment. Download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout.


If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact us at [email protected].


We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address provided at checkout.

6. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download link has been issued or the file has been accessed.


Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you acknowledge that by purchasing a digital product and accessing the download, you waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period.


However, we will offer a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:


The file is corrupted or unplayable.

You were charged but did not receive a download link.

A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge.


To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order details.

7. Licence & Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product from Reggae Folk, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:


Download and store the file on your personal devices.

Play the music for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment.


You may NOT:


Redistribute, resell, or share the files with third parties.

Use the music in commercial projects, videos, broadcasts, or public performances without a separate licence.

Upload the files to streaming platforms, file-sharing services, or any public platform.

Remove or alter any copyright notices embedded in the files.


All intellectual property rights in the music remain with Andy Jamma and Reggae Folk. Unauthorised use may constitute copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

9. Donations

Voluntary donations made via the PayPal Donate button on our homepage are gratefully received and non-refundable. Donations do not entitle the donor to any goods, services, or intellectual property rights.


Donations are processed by PayPal and subject to PayPal's own terms and conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reggae Folk and Andy Jamma shall not be liable for:


Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products.

Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Any technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages or third-party service failures.


Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

11. Privacy

12. Governing Law
